Return policy
Since all colors are custom mix, all paint sales are final. This includes samples, quarts, gallons and five gallon buckets. Colors are checked for accuracy prior to shipment.

Other items are returnable for a refund(unless otherwise stated) for one month from the date of order. Shipping is non-refundable. Item must be unopened and in resellable condition.
Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning items.

We do our best to make sure you pay as little as possible for shipping. When any significant discrepancy occurs, the charge on your credit card bill will be less than quoted.

Gallons and Quarts of Paint must be shipped via ground shipping. Limitation of Liability

BuyAuraPaint.Com limits its liability to the cost of the paint only, sample jar, quart or gallon, and will only replace or refund the paint in the event of a mistake or drastic color variation. We recommend that you bring any samples to the paint store to be mixed, as many names are alike, and ask them to prepare that color.

BuyAuraPaint.com will not be responsible for any paint bought at a local store, or any difference in color between our sample and paint bought at a local store. In the event of a mistake or drastic color variation, BuyAuraPaint.com limits itself to the value of the paint purchased from us.

Non-Benjamin Moore colors are prepared using calculated color prescriptions based on color chips, and are provided by Benjamin Moore. Since all paint chips are affected by heat, light, age, and the mechanical printing process paint chips can vary slightly in color and finish, from the paint in the can.
